This year Roland was an invited builder and chose to build something that had been rattling around in his brain for quite some time. Definitely not traditional, the TZRD maybe the first purpose built road racer to be included in the Born Free Show. But it’s not all about the bikes. It’s about getting together with your friends and riding motorcycles, having a few beers and stinky pork sandwiches and trying to kick your way to a free Tshirt amongst some of the best bikes and builders in the country.

Born Free is quite the event. If you haven’t attended yet here’s some inspiration to get building and get you and your machine to BF8. There are an increasingly diverse group of bikes attending the show every year and this year’s onslaught of trackers is evidence to Born Free’s movement beyond choppers and into high performance customs.
