Refund policy
We understand that things happen. Parts are mistakenly ordered, you end up not needing what you thought or something doesn't fit. Not a problem, here at RSD we always do our best to satisfy our customer's return requests. Here are a few things to help ensure your return process goes smoothly.
~ Any new, un-used, un-mounted and unaltered item can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
~ All apparel orders over $249.99 are subject to one free exchange or return including shipping. Please email info@rolandsands.com for a return shipping label.
~ Original freight charges will not be credited, nor is RSD responsible for return shipping charges on secondary exchanges/returns, parts orders or orders under $249.99.
~ International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including taxes and duties, on all orders no matter the order value.
~ Returns require proof of purchase by referencing a valid Sales Order number or Invoice number.
~ Custom-made or clearance items are not returnable.
~ If you have purchased a RSD item from a dealership or other website, please contact them directly, only items that were purchased on the RSD website can be returned to RSD.
1.) Carefully package merchandise to avoid damage during shipment. Depending on its condition, original packaging may not be sufficient.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
