We’ve known Tonka Todd for quite a while and as long as we’ve known him he’s been talking about building a bike. Todd spends a lot of time in a baja truck and seeing as how that truck is sponsored by one of the biggest toy manufactures in the world it seemed obvious to combine his love for offroad racing with his motorcycle.
Now we talked about nobbies and moto cross inspired takes on the machine, but Todd was having none of it. What he really wanted was something to get him and the wife down the highway in a hurry and as far away from the dirt as possible. Todd really fell for Borracho, one of our original customs based on a stock Softail and that’s where this machine was destined to go. We threw a bunch of new parts at it including our vintage sheet metal kit, new Raid wheels and lot of other pieces. Paint by Chris Wood is inspired by Todd’s race truck as is the seat by Aztec.
Trophy truck racer, business owner and marketing mogul, Tonka Todd Romano, came to us looking for a custom Harley Softail. We put our heads together and came up with a RSD Vintage Kit styled bike that tickled his fancy.
