The Redondo jacket is a great alternative to leather and features a fully aramid mid liner for abrasion protection. The outer shell is a heavy-duty denim to give it that rugged trucker look, while the interior is a plush quilted poly for comfort. Features include a suede snap down collar, internal device pockets and CE level construction.

Customer Service/Return process needs to be better!

The jackets had no actual sizing charts so no measurements were provided for the sizes. The jacket I ordered was not noted on the website that it was a woman's jacket. I only was able to find out that it was a women's jacket when it arrived. I typically wear a men's XS or Small so when I initially purchased this jacket, I ordered an XS. It was only when it arrived when I found out it was a women's jacket. No big deal, I will just return and exchange it.

Unfortunately the return process wasn't an easy one. There was nothing provided in the initial shipment for processing a return. The RSD website also didn't have any clear instructions for returns. I initially sent an email to the confirmation of purchase email. It went unanswered for a few days. I found an area on the RSD website to email any questions there. That email also went unanswered for a few days. I then ended up calling the phone number on RSD's website that also wasn't easy to locate. Talked to a guy and he told me to send an email to their general email that's located on their site. I told him I did and that I emailed a response to my purchase confirmation email and didn't hear back from anyone their either. The guy I spoke with told me that the gal that handles all the returns was out for a few days but will get back to me when she gets back in.

I eventually heard back from Amie and she was pretty good with keeping in touch and getting things resolved. It seems Amie needs help and shouldn't be the only person that is returning customer return emails and processing customer returns.

The lack of response and no communication in the first 4 days didn't give me the warm and fuzees. Having no clear instructions for returns / exchanges from initial purchase shouldn't be something difficult for the customer to do or search for. This would not be an issue if your items had a sizing chart with actual measurements so customers can find the item that will fit them best vs ordering something and hoping it will fit when it shows up.

A dedicated email and direct number for customer service/returns/exchanges makes a whole lot of sense. You guys have a great brand, great product, great image. Please don't cheap on customer service because then everything else falls to the wayside. Give Amie a raise and get her some help!
