This is a great, beautiful jacket, if that was all I was reviewing this would get 5 stars. Really amazing item for riding. BUT here’s the short story.
When this coat arrived to me, it was packaged very nicely, except the black plastic hanger the coat came on MELTED TO THE INSIDE IF THE ORAGE SILK LINING!!!
I emailed Roland Sands immediately to let them know the issue and to try a start a return or exchange.
I was told they no longer have this coat in MD Olive, but it’s still listed as available on their site, you can add it to your basket and check on out, so I don’t know why I was told that.
I was then offered a 40 dollar refund on a 360.00 dollar damaged marred jacket, I politely told them that was not nearly enough as this leaves sticky black on anything I wear under it. The best they could offer was 80.00 back, I settled as I hate justifying company errors with customer service, it’s exhausting to fight for getting the product you paid for, not a damaged version.
This should have been an easy exchange or a full refund.
Love the jacket, did not love this experience
The jacket is absolutely beautiful but I immediately noticed how COLD I get in this jacket! I spent like 60-70 for an Amazon jacket and I don’t feel ANY coldness but in this jacket I feel every breeze. It will be a good summer jacket but not hardy at all for the price you pay. It just looks beautiful but it doesn’t feel super warm or secure to be honest.
