Description
It’s no secret that a key part of the DNA for RSD Apparel is to create classic & familiar silhouettes that perform when on the motorcycle but are everyday wearable off the bike. And the Cayucos Jacket fits this description perfectly. The Cayucos jacket looks and feels like a classic style trucker jacket but is packed with modern details. Starting with the outer shell, the Cayucos jacket features a laminated waterproof main fabric that is also breathable. Inner seam sealing prevents the elements from entering the shell keeping the rider dry and comfortable. The quilted poly sating in liner is inviting, and super comfy with plenty of inner pockets for storage, including a waterproof chest pocket. Equipped with CE Level 1 flex armor by SAS-TEC™ in the elbow and shoulders, and 1000D Cordura® lined abrasion zones, the Cayucos provides superior abrasion protection should things get squirrely. We added a few finishing touches like the comfort lined corduroy collar, and hat snap on the lower front.

CE CERTIFICATION
Garments with CE markings have been rigorously tested and certified to comply with PPE regulations and CE standards. The development team at RSD works closely with our suppliers and European based testing labs to ensure all garments are constructed to meet and exceed testing parameters for CE certification. While CE certification is only mandatory for motorcycle apparel in Europe; RSD can assure consumers worldwide that our products meet the toughest safety requirements in the world and RSD has you covered if things get sideways. Testing protocols includes materials testing for abrasion, tear strength, seam strength, dimensional stability, and chemical testing. Once all materials have passed CE, we then provide garment samples for final testing requirements to ensure the entire garment passes all safety protocols. All RSD gloves are also built to meet and exceed CE testing requirements.
