Moto Beach Classic Vendor Registration 2026

Secure your vendor spot at Southern California’s go-to moto event of the year - The Moto Beach Classic on Saturday October 17th, 2026 at Bolsa Chica State Beach in Huntington Beach, CA. Being a vendor of the Moto Beach Classic places you in the epicenter of the event, surrounded by masterful custom motorcycles builders, moto & surf centric artisans, a host of great vendors, and the craziest Super Hooligan flat track asphalt racing in the nation. Join us for this one-day, jam-packed, moto-centric event alongside the beach. With the event being FREE to attend, everyone will have easy access to all activation areas and is a great show for the whole family. Vendors are located on the asphalt, no sand this year.

Vendor load in starts Saturday 6:30am
Event hours are 10am – 6:30pm
Vendor load out begins Saturday at Sunset, approx. 6:30pm
Electricity is not provided

If you are a food vendor - please do not register here.  Moto Beach food vending is handled through Prjkt Group, if you register we will cancel and refund your money.    

Additional insured certificates will need to be sent one week prior to the event. 

All vendors participating in the upcoming Moto Beach Classic are required to provide proof of insurance prior to the event date. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and protection of all participants and attendees.  You can usually get insurance through your homeowners or business insurance.  For vendors needing to arrange a policy, you can refer here: www.insurevents.com/vendors. From our understanding they are relatively inexpensive to work with.  Please submit a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI), listing Roll and Company, Inc. and Roland Sands Design as an additional insured, no later than October 8th, 2026.

Vendor shall deliver evidence of its current and valid commercial general liability insurance, with minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate General Liability limits. Such policies shall name Roll and Company, Inc. and Roland Sands Design Inc. as an additional insured.

Vending spaces are limited, register as soon as possible so you don’t risk missing your spot at the Moto Beach Classic.
